Superintendent
- Prioritize safety on the job site, ensuring full compliance with safety policies and all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Estimating, Project Management, owners, and subcontractors to plan and oversee all project activities, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of any field issues.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and coordinate the timely procurement of tools, equipment, and materials to meet project goals, budgets, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily documentation, including reports, progress updates, compliance logs, and other records. Support the Project Manager with project status report.
- Review plans, drawings, and contract documents for accuracy, and coordinate the submission and approval of shop drawings.
- Lead and supervise field staff, determining appropriate staffing levels, hiring, and fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and teamwork.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to maintain timelines, quality, and compliance with project terms.
- Oversee all inspections and compliance requirements, upholding company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct at all times.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent managing full project cycles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and project management practices.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Stand for long periods, work at heights, and lift/move up to 70 pounds.
- Perform physical activities associated with construction sites.
- Tolerance for exposure to typical jobsite conditions, including noise, dust, airborne particles.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate tools, equipment, and materials.

Project Manager
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive project business plan.
- Collaborate with field management to establish job-specific safety plans.
- Act as the primary contact for Engineers and Architects.
- Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Field Supervision for contract deliverables, quality testing, and reporting.
- Design staging, logistics, and phasing plans.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Manage bonding, change order logs, and project cost tracking.
- Administer subcontracts and purchase orders, including payments, insurance, and safety compliance.
- Handle project startup, including permits, licenses, and jobsite mobilization.
- Conduct pre-mobilization/startup meetings with subcontractors.
- Assist in planning and updating the overall project schedule; attend scheduling meetings.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the project quality control plan.
- Conduct bi-weekly safety surveys with the project superintendent.
- Prioritize and expedite submittals.
- Coordinate material deliveries as per project schedules.
- Collaborate with Superintendents for accurate labor forecasts.
- Manage subcontractor and purchase order change orders.
- Review monthly projections, labor reports, and schedules.
- Approve material/equipment invoices in line with the project budget.
- Prepare payment requests and oversee collections.
- Engage with city and state agencies for project reviews and inspections.
- Attend OAC progress meetings and provide monthly status reports.
- Update project management software with job status, projections, change orders, and RFIs.
- Oversee job close-out documentation and procedures.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
- Experience in managing architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of construction projects.
- Familiarity with Procore.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate as required.
Assistant Project Manager
- Gather, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and vendor bids, quotes, and contract specifications
- Oversee subcontract administration, including payments, insurance, bonds, safety, and haz-compliance
- Understand and review contract documents, including plans and specifications
- Assist with project initiation, securing permits and licenses, and coordinating site mobilization
- Manage project documentation and control systems
- Contribute to project scheduling and update processes
- Develop and implement project quality control plans in compliance with contract requirements
- Conduct subcontractor startup meetings
- Supervise the submittal process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contract documents
- Manage aspects of project scope, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and/or electrical components
- Coordinate and lead project coordination meetings
- Maintain tracking logs for materials such as concrete, rebar, and stone
- Input and maintain project data in Procore management software, including job status, projections, change orders, and RFIs
- Manage LEED requirements and documentation when applicable
- Resolve daily challenges and expedite material deliveries in coordination with field supervision
- Assist in budgeting, committed reports, and labor reporting
- Provide accurate cost projections for assigned areas
- Review and code invoices in line with project reports
- Oversee punch list management and collaborate with subcontractors for timely completion
- Lead project closeout processes, including documentation, final reports, and accounting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in construction projects is preferred
- Familiarity with Procore project management software
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate as needed
Intern
Assist project managers, superintendents, and office staff with daily tasks
Help with project documentation, including logs, reports, and filing
Support site visits and inspections, taking notes and photos as directed
Assist with estimating, take-offs, and reviewing project plans/drawings
Shadow field staff to learn safety practices and site operations
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Current enrollment in (or recent graduate of) a Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related program
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to construction software is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take direction from multiple team members
